Ten active opportunities are in play as at end-July. The SGD book stands at ~S$981K gross (~S$598K probability-weighted) across nine deals, alongside the NCell eSIM + YAPA bundle via Solutions4U at US$1M per year over three years (80%). GoMeeKa (S$250K plus S$36K per year) and the new SPH Media WhatsApp platform (S$69K plus S$100K per year) add recurring revenue on top of one-off fees. Three opportunities closed lost this month: the Greendot Media website revamp, Singapore Tourist Guide Society, and EuroPace.
On product, YAPA shipped HR Leave Balance Maintenance, the Business Digital Card, and Microsoft 365 connectors. PALS v2 is on track, with the AI Orchestration Service complete and Platform Admin around 80%; the End-User Workspace is in progress. The AssureIQ Case Management Platform has agent skills complete, with the end-user workspace and API on track. LedgerOS has AR functional specs and a clickable prototype done, and the T9 Trust Center clickable mockup is done.
The T9 website added an Investor Centre, and twelve LinkedIn posts (1 to 26 Jul) drove strong engagement (impressions up 207.6%). A weekly BD cadence is now running, and T9 has established an official partnership with Morpheus Labs, with further conversations underway with ST Engineering Cybersecurity and TravelGooGoo.
On funding, the EDG application is pending review after a 15 Jul follow-up call, and EnterpriseSG has asked for an investor pitch deck to share with VCs; SBF has gone quiet despite two follow-ups. On people, Lynn Goh joined as TINA product manager, Emmanuel and Yong Xiang came on board for non-core development, and Boon Teck and Boon Hong joined for BD and pre-sales, with two further hires in recruitment.

On product, the YAPA MVP is ready bar a few minor bugs, and the refactored PALS site is deployed with testing held pending a configuration file. The YAPA plans and standard rate card are now locked, with a reseller pricing simulation calculator built.
The T9 website is live, with all product, About and policy pages published alongside the YAPA roadmap and business-overview deck. Conversations are advancing across grants and ecosystem (EnterpriseSG, SBF, SME Centre, IMDA), partnerships (Incito Consulting, plus prospective partners Boon Teck and Boon Hong), and legal and BD groundwork including reseller and NDA templates and an MOU with Augustine.
