On product, the YAPA MVP is ready bar a few minor bugs, and the refactored PALS site is deployed with testing held pending a configuration file. The YAPA plans and standard rate card are now locked, with a reseller pricing simulation calculator built. The T9 website is live, with all product, About and policy pages published alongside the YAPA roadmap and business-overview deck. Conversations are advancing across grants and ecosystem (EnterpriseSG, SBF, SME Centre, IMDA), partnerships (Incito Consulting, plus prospective partners Boon Teck and Boon Hong), and legal and BD groundwork including reseller and NDA templates and an MOU with Augustine. A single client meeting on 7 Jul covers three Greendot Media and KiasuParents opportunities.
